We will accept unwanted product in unused, unaltered condition with original, undamaged packaging or defective product within 15 days of purchase for refund, credit or exchange. The 15-day period begins once the merchandise is received by or for the customer from the shipping carrier until we receive the merchandise back at the shipping facility. Returns of opened, used, or damaged items will receive a refund of less than 50% or less depending on the condition of the item(s) returned. All return expenses are paid for by the customer and expected to be sent in a safe and secure package the same way they were delivered.
If the reason for return is buyers remorse and there is nothing wrong with the item it will incur a 5% restocking fee, this is to cover the expense we incur to ship it out, receive it back, process, restock, and often times have to send it back to the manufacture for testing.
After 15 days, we will offer an exchange or (store credit) with proof of purchase. If an exchange or store credit is not wanted there will be a restocking fee of 20% for items returned as they were received. Items returned used, damaged, or open can receive refunds of up to 50% deductions.
