• Gift Certificates never expire.
• Gift Certificates are redeemable for up to the face value of the Gift Certificate on in-stock products only.
• When redeeming a Gift Certificate, if your order total is less than the Gift Certificate value, (store credit) will be issued for the difference.
  
• Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Redeeming your Gift Certificate

1. Visit rreshop.com to begin shopping.
2. Once all of the items you'd like to purchase are in your Shopping Cart, begin the checkout process by clicking on the "Checkout Now" button in the Shopping Cart.
3. Advance through the checkout process until you reach the "Review and Place Order" page.
4. On this page, there is a button labeled "promo code" underneath Billing Details where you enter the Invoice # and the Certificate #.
5. Up to the amount of the Gift Certificate will be deducted from your order total.
6. Any unused portion of the Gift Certificate will be credited to your account as (store credit).
